Kayak intermedi’o

From April to November,

Intermedio 1 :

These courses are dedicated to paddlers who have experience in sea kayaking, in calm water or mellow white water (grade 1 / 2).

We will guide you to discover the beautifull rivers of the Durance valley and will teach and accompany you to perform new white water techniques in rivers of grade 2/3.

Intermedio 2 :

This level is dedicated to regular paddlers of WW grade 3, who wants to improve their skills in grade 3/3+ and go to WW grade 4. We will paddle sections of grade 3/3+(4)

During the course, we will :

• choose and adjust your equipment
• evaluation session
• grade 3 white water safety 
• learn and improve your eskimo roll
• paddle some of the most beautifull rivers of france
• white water technique, feed back and exercises

In order to give you all of our attention, groups are limited to 6 preson/ 1 instructor
